How does the Comfort trading method work?
Select "Comfort" when ordering.
The main advantage of this method is your comfort. All you have to do is provide your EA account details, and our automated system takes care of the entire trading process. It is also 99.9% safe method.
Input your EA username, password, and three backup codes (you can found on the EA help page).
Please note that an EA account is required, but not a PSN or Xbox-live account. If you encounter any issues at this stage, contact our support chat.
Confirm your details. The system will check them.
If there's an error in your details, you'll be redirected to the input page. Please check and try to enter the correct details again.
If your details are correct, your trading session will start.
Once the session is running, all you have to do is wait for it to be completed.
Please avoid logging into the game or web application during the trading process, as this might interrupt the service or lead to unexpected results.
When your session finishes, you'll get a notification.
The status will instantly update to 'Completed', and you'll have the option to leave feedback.
This method is for users who have access to the transfer market in the EA Companion app. You likely have access if your club is older than 3 days.
How fast is the service?

What is a promo code?
A promo code is a special code we give out during various FC26 events, allowing you to boost your trading target by the percentage value of the promo code. When you use this code during checkout, the target amount in your session increases by the specified percentage (e.g., a 5% promo code will turn a 300k target into 315k), but the price you pay remains the same.
Where can I find a promo code?
You can get a promo code from emails sent to your registration address, as we send out codes occasionally. Also, we'll post them on the homepage during big events at FC26.
