Refund policy
At RANKIFY, we are committed to providing excellent in-game trading assistance services on behalf of the User. We value customer satisfaction and offer refunds under specific conditions. Please review our refund policy to understand the circumstances and process for refund requests.
All payments are for in-game trading assistance services only. RANKIFY does not sell virtual currency or in-game items. All sales are considered final once the trading service has been completed and confirmed.
Refunds are available only in the following circumstances:
1. If the trading service is not completed by RANKIFY within 48 hours from the time of payment;
2. If the User has made an erroneous payment, such as paying for the same order more than once.
Refunds are not available under the following conditions:
1. RANKIFY has successfully completed the trading service;
2. The User has not paid for the service;
3. Any reason not described in the section "Refunds are available only in the following circumstances".
Refund processing fee:
A processing fee of 5% of the original payment amount may be deducted from the refund to cover payment processing costs. This fee does not apply in cases of duplicate or erroneous payments caused by system errors.
Chargebacks:
The User agrees to contact RANKIFY support before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting RANKIFY at [email protected] is considered a violation of our Terms of Use and may result in permanent suspension of the User's account. RANKIFY reserves the right to dispute any chargeback and pursue recovery through appropriate channels.
How to request a refund:
To request a refund, the User must contact RANKIFY's support team via the online chat on the website or by email at [email protected]. The User must provide the following information:
Full name;
Contact email;
Order ID (which can be found in the User's order history);
Reason for the refund.
RANKIFY will make a decision on the refund within 3 (three) business days of receiving the request. RANKIFY will notify the User of its decision via the email provided during registration.
Refunds will be made to the User's bank card or wallet used to pay for the service. Refunds may take between 1 and 14 calendar days to process, depending on the payment system.
